BOLDMERE GOLF CLUB QUESTIONNAIRE

Dear Members

As we welcome the new season, we are excited to announce our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 21st November.

Your committee thought it was an excellent opportunity for us all to reflect on the past year and discuss our vision for the future.

To ensure that we meet the needs and expectations of all our members, the committee has developed a questionnaire to gather your thoughts and feedback on various aspects of the club. Your insights are invaluable in helping us enhance our facilities, services, and overall member experience.

We encourage you to take a few moments to complete the attached questionnaire, (paper copies available in the clubhouse.)

Post of competition assistant secretary

The competition assistant secretaries role would be to help set up competitions throughout the year and process results sheets.

I would provide training and mentoring regarding understanding the above activities and also with R&A Handicap Allowances and score card requirements.

The aim would be to share the duties every 2 weeks, enabling growth of confidence and knowledge.

Also it would be beneficial to attend monthly committee meetings which last about 1.5 hours to feedback on competitions for the past month and future competitions or concerns.

It’s a very worthwhile role which the club can’t exist without.

I would be happy to meet and discuss further the role and duties, just let me know and I can arrange to meet.

Cheers

John
